Originally from Canterbury, in the UK- Adam moved to Hilton Head in 2008 to follow his ambition and carry on the family tradition of impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail. That attention to detail can be seen on many of the finest homes in the Hilton Head and Bluffton area. Adam started at very young age working on a multitude of construction sites in England where only the most exceptional craftsmanship was the standard. Past clients know Adam is a hands-on person, who is very involved in every aspect of the Design and Build process. From laying out the foundations in the very start to the punch items and final walkthrough, you are ensured to have someone who takes great pride in his teams work making sure the job gets done right.
Office & Accounts Manager
Gigi joined the TDC team in 2011 and provides our administrative support and keeps the gears in motion. In addition to managing the accounting of the business, Gigi liaises with our clients, alongside our Interior Designer and Project Manager, to ensure the logistic side of the business runs smoothly. She makes sure each item is being ordered on time and of the correct specification. Gigi’s efforts to coordinate clients’ selections alongside the procedures operating in the field, ensure that both in and out of the office, she is an integral part of Total Design Concepts. We are extremely fortunate to have her in our Team – she is one of our greatest assets!
Originally from New Jersey with more than 30 years of experience, Bob specialized in Architecture and Estimating within both the Residential and Commercial sectors. Throughout each project, both on-site and in the office, Bob communicates with our subcontractors and ensures TDC Builder’s attention to detail with design, layouts, budgets, and pricing is followed.
